Introduction — Usage Agreement

Our online store welcomes you. Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of its services on this electronic platform. Any person using the store — whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise — thereby agrees, with full legal capacity, to all articles of this agreement and confirms compliance with them. This agreement applies to all dealings between the consumer and the store, and takes effect once you agree to it and begin registering, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 — Introduction and definitions

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. The Store means all forms of the store on the internet, including its web platform and any electronic application. The Consumer means any person using the store to obtain a product or service. The Agreement means this usage and privacy agreement.

Article 2 — Legal capacity of the consumer

The consumer declares having full legal capacity, being 18 years or older, and that all information provided is true and accurate.

Article 3 — Nature of the store's obligation

The store displays handmade, made-to-order products from partner Saudi brands, and its obligation is limited to what is expressly stated in this agreement and applicable law.

Article 4 — Rules of use

The consumer agrees to use the store lawfully, not to infringe others' rights, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to misuse content or services.

Article 5 — Accounts and registration obligations

The consumer is responsible for the confidentiality of account details and for all activity under the account, and must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Article 6 — Electronic communications and official channels

Article 7 — Amendments and fees

The store may amend this agreement or its fees at any time; amendments take effect upon publication in the store. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 8 — Payment services

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. The consumer must use payment methods lawfully owned by them.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos and photos in the store belong to Made with Love and its partner brands and are protected; no commercial use or reproduction is allowed without prior written permission.

Article 10 — Store liability

The store exerts reasonable care in presenting products and services. Its liability toward any order does not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

Article 11 — Restriction of access or membership

The store may suspend or restrict any account that violates this agreement or applicable law, without prejudice to its other rights.

Article 12 — Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 13 — General provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. This agreement, together with the store's policies (shipping, exchange and return), constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Privacy

We collect only the data needed to process your orders (name, contact details, delivery address, and order details) and use it to fulfill orders, improve the store and communicate with you.
