Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production time — our products are made to order

Our products are not ready on a shelf; every piece starts being handmade after you place your order. Delivery therefore has two stages:

1. Production time: shown on each product page, from 1 to 14 working days depending on the product and the brand making it.

2. Shipping time: starts once the order leaves the brand workshop.

2. Delivery areas and carriers

We deliver to all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia via SMSA, Aramex, FedEx, DHL, RedBox and others. International shipping is available to all countries through global carriers.

Within Jeddah: 1 to 3 working days. Other Saudi cities: 2 to 5 working days after production is complete.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your city and carrier, and are clearly shown before payment.

4. Order tracking

After your order ships you receive a tracking number by SMS or email, and you can follow your order from your account or contact us on WhatsApp: 0506646420.

5. Important notes

An order containing products from more than one brand may arrive in separate shipments.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays.

Make sure your address and mobile number are correct; re-shipping due to wrong details may incur extra fees.
