2. Nature of the products
All products are handmade and prepared to order after purchase, so slight differences in colors or details may exist between pieces — part of the beauty of handmade, not a defect.
Personalized products with a name, photo or design are produced based on the details you enter when ordering. Check spelling and details before confirming; the store is not responsible for errors in customer-entered details.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Saudi Riyals with full details shown at checkout. Payment is via the secure methods available in the store, and shipping fees are shown before payment.
4. Orders and fulfillment
Order preparation starts after payment confirmation. Production time varies by product and brand, shown on each product page, from 1 to 14 working days. Changes or cancellation of personalized orders are possible only before production starts, via WhatsApp: 0506646420.

Products are made by independent partner brands, while Made with Love handles display, orders and customer service. We are your single point of contact, and we follow up any issue with the brand directly.

We do our best to present products accurately; colors may vary slightly by screen. Our liability for any order does not exceed the amount paid for it.
